PRIVACY POLICY

We will tell you clearly what information we collect, why we collect it, how it is used and what choices are available to you regarding your information. This Policy describes our privacy practices in a simple and clear manner.

2) This Privacy Policy applies to websites, apps, events and other services operated by Infomycity sasu. For clarity all these elements together we will call them “services or sites" in this Privacy Policy. Different services may require their own specific privacy policy. If a particular service has its own privacy policy, that specific policy will apply instead of this one.

It is obvious that we can only help you create important relationships by having information about yourself, such as some basic profile details and the type of people you would like to meet. We also collect information generated by your use of our services, such as access logs, as well as information from third parties, such as when you access our services through a Social Media account, we will provide you with more details below.

This is the information you give us:

• When you create an account, you provide us with your login credentials, as well as some basic details necessary for the operation of the service, such as gender and date of birth and name.
• When you complete your profile, you can share with us additional information that is important to your operation, such as details about your ethnicity, nationality, as well as unimportant specifications and photos or videos. To add certain content, such as photos or videos, you can allow us to access your camera or photo gallery. Some of the information you choose to provide may be considered "special" or "sensitive" in certain jurisdictions, for example, information such as racial or ethnic origin, sexual orientation and religious beliefs. By choosing to provide us with this information, you consent to our processing of that information.
• When you subscribe to a paid service or make a purchase directly from us (rather than through a platform such as iOS or Android), you provide us or our payment service provider with information such as your credit or debit card number or other financial information.

If you contact our customer support team, we collect the information you provide to us during that interaction. Sometimes we record these interactions for training purposes and to ensure high quality of service.

In addition to the information you provide directly to us, we receive information about you from others, including other users who may provide information about you while using our services. For example, we may collect information about you from other users if they contact us about you.

You can use your social media account login (such as Facebook or Google login) to create and access your DifferentDating account. This option prevents you from having to remember a new username and password and allows you to share some information from your social media account with us.

We may receive information about you from our partners or other partner companies with whom we have entered into agreements, for example when DifferentDating accounts can be created through a partner's websites (in which case they provide us with registration information) or when DifferentDating ads are posted on a partner's websites and platforms.

When you use our services, we collect information about what features you have used, how you have used them and the devices you have used to access our services. We collect information about your activity on our services, for example how you use them (date and time you logged in, features you used, searches, maps and pages you were shown, address of the source web page, advertisements you clicked on) and how you interact with other users (for example, users with whom you come into contact and interact, date and time of communications, number of messages you send and receive).

We collect information from and about the device or devices you use to access our services, including:

• hardware and software information such as IP address, device identification code and device type, device and app specific settings and features, unexpected app interruptions, advertising identification codes (such as Google's AAID and Apple's IFDA, both randomly generated numbers that you can reset by accessing your device settings), browser type, version and language, operating system, time zones, identification codes associated with cookies or other technologies that can uniquely identify your device or browser.

3) DifferentDating's dating service is based on your precise geolocation (latitude and longitude) by various means, depending on the service and device you are using, including via GPS, Bluetooth or Wi-Fi. The collection of information on your geolocation can only take place when you are using the services, through different options of visibility you can choose the most appropriate at the time. When using the Service you must provide your location and exact information about your location through the gelocalization of your device Data that we store on our servers This will allow you to see the distance between you and other Users and if you authorize it the exact location on the map.

As on other websites and apps, disclosing your location is not without risk. Sharing your location can reveal intimate information about yourself and your activities. Please note that in search mode your position in kilometer distance is automatically tracked by GPS, your position will always be shared. This way you can give others an intimate insight into your habits and patterns. This could include sensitive information such as: visits to hospitals, places of worship, presence at political events or presence in places that may reveal information about your sex life. Revealing your position could also increase the risk of burglary, physical assault and stalking.

DifferentDating will track your potion (depending on the options you enter) only when you use the app and only if online (up to a maximum of 30 minutes from your search type).

4) We use and allow others to use cookies and similar technologies (e.g., web beacons, pixels, or other) to recognize you and/or recognize your device or devices. You can consult our Cookie Policy for more information on why we use cookies (for example, to authenticate yourself, remember your preferences and settings, analyse site traffic and trends, manage and measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, allow you to use social features) and to control their use, through your browser settings and other tools.

We use third parties to help us manage and improve our services. These third parties assist us in various activities, including data hosting and maintenance, analysis, customer support, marketing, advertising, payment processing and security operations.

We may also share information with partners who distribute our services and assist us in advertising them. For example, we may share information about you with advertising partners, anonymously with the hash function not readable by humans.

We may transfer your information if we are involved, in whole or in part, in a merger, sale, acquisition, disposal, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, bankruptcy or other change of ownership or control.

We may disclose your information if reasonably necessary: to comply with a legal process, such as a court order, subpoena or search warrant, governmental or judicial investigation or other legal requirement; or to cooperate in the prevention or detection of criminal offences (always in compliance with applicable law); or to protect the safety of an individual.

We may also share information: and whether disclosure may reduce our liability in an action brought or threatened; and as necessary to protect our legal rights and those of our users, business partners or other interested parties; or to enforce our agreements with you; or to conduct investigations, prevent or take action in response to illegal activities, suspected fraud or other wrongdoing.

We may use and share non-personal information (i.e. information that, in itself, does not identify who you are, such as device information, general demographic data, general behavioral data, geolocation in anonymous form), as well as personal information in anonymous form with hash function not readable by humans, in any of the above circumstances. We may also share this information with other infomycity companies or other business partners and with third parties (particularly advertisers) to develop and deliver targeted advertising on our services and on third party websites or applications, and to analyze and report on the advertisements you see. We may combine this information with additional non-personal information, or personal information in an anonymized form with the human-unreadable hash function, collected from other sources.

7) Information sharing sometimes involves international data transfers, for example to the United States or other jurisdictions. For example, when, in a service available to users residing in the European Economic Area, the information of those users is transferred to countries outside the EEA. We use standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or other appropriate safeguards to allow the transfer of data from the EEA to other countries. The standard contractual clauses are binding agreements for companies that transfer personal data and oblige them to protect the privacy and security of your data.

8) To control your information, we have the following tools at our disposal:

• Tools for access/updating the service. The tools and account settings that help you access, correct or delete information that you have provided to us and that is associated with your account directly within the service. If you have any questions about these tools and settings, please contact our support team.
• Device permissions. Many platforms have permission systems for specific types of device data and notifications, such as address book and location services and push notifications. You can change the settings on your device to give your consent or to oppose the collection of the corresponding information or the display of the corresponding notifications. Of course, if you deny consent, certain services may no longer have full functionality.
• Cancellation. You can delete your account using the corresponding functionality directly on the service.

Key points to remember:

• Access to your information. Applicable privacy laws give you the right to view your information processed by us (depending on jurisdiction, this right may be defined as "right of access", "right to portability" or other similar terms). You can request a copy of your personal information by sending the request by email.
• Update your information. If you believe that your information processed by us is inaccurate or you no longer wish to authorize us to process it and you wish to request its correction or deletion or oppose its processing, you can contact us by email.

For your protection and for the protection of all our users, we may ask you to provide an identity document before we can respond to such a request.

Please note that we may refuse these requests for certain reasons, including if the request is illegal or if it may violate the trade secrets or intellectual property or privacy of another user. Please note that all chats between friends will be deleted within 3 hours of reading (on both profiles), the chat between friends will be deleted after 7 days from reading (on both profiles). At any time the individual user can delete part or all of the chat (including photos, videos or other) for both profiles.

In addition, we may not be able to meet certain requests to object to the processing of personal data, particularly when meeting the request means that we will no longer be able to provide you with our service. We can't provide you with our service if we don't have your date of birth, ethnicity and nationality.

• Uninstallation. You can stop an app from collecting information by uninstalling it using the standard uninstall procedure for your device. If you uninstall an app from your mobile device, the unique identification code associated with your device will continue to be stored. If you reinstall the application on the same mobile device, we will be able to re-associate this identification code to your previous transactions and activities.
• Empowerment. In certain countries, including EU member states, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority if you have objections to the way we process your personal information. The data protection authority you should contact to file a complaint will generally be the one in your country of habitual residence, or the country in which you work or have our registered office.

9) To protect you from unauthorized access to, modification or destruction of your information, we use the best technology in our possession, but even if we take measures to protect your information, we cannot promise that your information will always remain secure.

We regularly monitor our systems for vulnerabilities and attacks and regularly review our information collection, storage and processing practices to update our physical, technical and organizational security measures.

We may suspend your use of all or part of the services without notice if we suspect or detect a breach of security. If you believe that your account or information is no longer secure, please notify us immediately by contacting us by email or our customer service team.

10) We retain your information for as long as we do not need it for legitimate business purposes and as permitted by applicable law. To protect the safety of our users on our services and elsewhere, we have adopted a retention period for security of one year after the deletion of an account. During this period, account information will be retained even if the account is of course no longer visible on the services.

In practice, we delete or anonymize your information when you delete your account (after the security retention period) or after two years of continuous inactivity, except when:

1. we must retain them to demonstrate our compliance with applicable law (for example, documentation of consent to our Terms, our Privacy Policy and other similar consents which are retained for five years);
2. If there is an unresolved problem, a complaint or dispute that requires us to retain the information in question until the case is resolved; or if the information must be retained for our legitimate business interests, such as fraud prevention and to improve user security. For example, you may need to keep the information to prevent a user who has already been suspended due to breaches of security from opening a new account.

11) Deleting or deleting your profile will immediately disappear from the DifferentDating service platform, so all data will be deleted, the user in question and as if it had never existed.

12) The services of DifferentDating are reserved exclusively for users over 18 years of age. We do not allow children under the age of 18 to become users of our platform and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 18. If you suspect that a user is under the age of 18, WARNING IMMEDIATELY BY EMAIL OR CONTACTING OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
