We may receive information about you from our partners or other partner companies with whom we have entered into agreements, for example when DifferentDating accounts can be created through a partner's websites (in which case they provide us with registration information) or when DifferentDating ads are posted on a partner's websites and platforms.

When you use our services, we collect information about what features you have used, how you have used them and the devices you have used to access our services. We collect information about your activity on our services, for example how you use them (date and time you logged in, features you used, searches, maps and pages you were shown, address of the source web page, advertisements you clicked on) and how you interact with other users (for example, users with whom you come into contact and interact, date and time of communications, number of messages you send and receive).

3) DifferentDating's dating service is based on your precise geolocation (latitude and longitude) by various means, depending on the service and device you are using, including via GPS, Bluetooth or Wi-Fi. Please note that in search mode your position in kilometer distance is automatically tracked by GPS, your position will always be shared. Revealing your position could also increase the risk of burglary, physical assault and stalking.

DifferentDating will track your potion (depending on the options you enter) only when you use the app and only if online (up to a maximum of 30 minutes from your search type).

We may also share this information with other infomycity companies or other business partners and with third parties (particularly advertisers) to develop and deliver targeted advertising on our services and on third party websites or applications, and to analyze and report on the advertisements you see. We may combine this information with additional non-personal information, or personal information in an anonymized form with the human-unreadable hash function, collected from other sources.

For example, when, in a service available to users residing in the European Economic Area, the information of those users is transferred to countries outside the EEA. We use standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or other appropriate safeguards to allow the transfer of data from the EEA to other countries. 10) We retain your information for as long as we do not need it for legitimate business purposes and as permitted by applicable law. To protect the safety of our users on our services and elsewhere, we have adopted a retention period for security of one year after the deletion of an account. During this period, account information will be retained even if the account is of course no longer visible on the services.

In practice, we delete or anonymize your information when you delete your account (after the security retention period) or after two years of continuous inactivity, except when:

  1. we must retain them to demonstrate our compliance with applicable law (for example, documentation of consent to our Terms, our Privacy Policy and other similar consents which are retained for five years);
  2. 11) Deleting or deleting your profile will immediately disappear from the DifferentDating service platform, so all data will be deleted, the user in question and as if it had never existed.

12) The services of DifferentDating are reserved exclusively for users over 18 years of age. We do not allow children under the age of 18 to become users of our platform and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 18.
